Industrial measurement & control

Built to control.
Engineered to fit.

Steinbach Controls builds compact starter and control panels and supports industrial fault finding, instrumentation and modifications—as a subcontractor or direct supplier.

Modifications

Clearly scoped

Practical measurement and control work for industry.

From a small starter cabinet to a sensor fault or control-circuit modification: the assignment is defined before work starts and delivered with usable documentation.

For system integrators & panel builders

Flexible subcontracting capacity

Outsource a starter panel, instrumentation circuit, drawing update or defined troubleshooting package without adding permanent capacity.

For industrial operators & technical services

A direct route for small control problems

Commission a compact control panel, fault-finding visit or defined modification with one practical point of contact.

Capabilities

What we can deliver

Industrial measurement and control is the core. Panel building, fault finding, instrumentation and modification are supported by practical electrical documentation.

01

Starter & control panels

Compact industrial panels for motors, pumps, fans and auxiliary systems—built as one-offs or in small repeat series.

  • DOL, reversing and star-delta starters
  • Hand/off/auto and local/remote selection
  • Protection, interlocks and indication
02

Instrumentation & control

Practical measurement and control circuits for common industrial process signals, sensors, alarms and actuators.

  • 4–20 mA, PT100 and discrete signals
  • Level, pressure and temperature inputs
  • Relay logic, alarms and potential-free outputs
03

Fault finding & modifications

Structured troubleshooting and clearly scoped changes to industrial control circuits, panels and field signals.

  • Drawing, measurement and signal tracing
  • Sensor, relay, contactor and I/O checks
  • Defined repairs and component replacement
04

Drawings & documentation

Practical electrical documents that support troubleshooting, modification, panel production and handover.

  • Schematic and as-built updates
  • Terminal, cable and I/O lists
  • BOMs, layouts and test sheets

Subcontracting

Extra industrial controls capacity, when you need it.

Steinbach Controls takes on the smaller, clearly bounded control and instrumentation work that can otherwise interrupt an engineering or maintenance schedule.

  • Build and wire from client-approved drawings
  • Starter cabinets, relay logic and instrumentation circuits
  • Defined fault finding, modifications and component checks
  • Scope, interfaces and acceptance agreed upfront

Typical applications

Industrial controls at a practical scale.

Suitable assignments are small enough to stay practical and clear enough to test: a starter cabinet, an instrumentation circuit, or a defined industrial fault.

MTR

Starter & control cabinets

DOL, reversing and star-delta starters with agreed protection, interlocks, controls and indication.

INS

Instrumentation & alarms

24 VDC sensor circuits, 4–20 mA or PT100 inputs, relay logic, alarm indication and dry-contact outputs.

FLT

Fault finding & retrofit

Systematic signal tracing, measurements, component checks and a defined modification or repair proposal.

Markets

Where Steinbach fits

Steinbach Controls fits where an industrial control task is too specific to ignore but too small for a large turnkey project.

Machine builders

Starter panels, instrumentation circuits and wiring support for prototypes, special machines and overflow capacity.

Pumps & water systems

Pump, fan, level, pressure, temperature and alarm control applications at a practical scale.

Industrial maintenance

Fault finding, panel modifications, replacement builds and documentation for defined maintenance needs.

Maritime technical services

Compact auxiliary controls, instrumentation support and drawing updates for marine and offshore work.

Special projects

Purpose-built control solutions and one-off technical equipment—including custom machinery where the function is clearly defined.

Working method

Clear requirements in. Practical delivery out.

01

Define

Function or fault, supply, signals, environment, drawings and required timing.

02

Diagnose or engineer

Measurements, interfaces, scope, responsibilities, components and acceptance criteria are agreed.

03

Build or modify

Assembly, wiring, troubleshooting or modification is completed within the defined scope.

04

Test & handover

Agreed functional checks and applicable drawings, lists and records are delivered clearly.

Final system validation, site installation, CE responsibility and any certified inspection are agreed per assignment and remain with the client or authorised party where applicable.
